G0I is operated by G0I LLC (G0I, we, us, or our). Our business mailing address is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. G0I is an independent AI gateway; model names belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

These Terms cover our website, accounts, applications, APIs, prepaid credits, and related services. By accepting them, creating an account, or placing an order after being presented with them, you agree to these Terms. If acting for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. A separately signed agreement takes priority for matters it expressly covers. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Updated purchase rules apply to orders placed on or after September 14, 2026 where the updated terms are disclosed. They do not retroactively remove refund rights or non-expiration commitments attached to earlier purchases. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to purchase services or authorize recurring charges. You must be legally permitted to use G0I. Do not misrepresent your identity, evade sanctions or access restrictions, or create accounts to circumvent enforcement.

Provide accurate account and billing information. Keep passwords, authentication factors, and API keys secure; promptly report suspected misuse to [email protected]. Do not share personal-account credentials. Use authorized team features for shared administration. You are responsible for activity you authorize and reasonable steps to prevent misuse; this does not eliminate protections for unauthorized transactions under applicable law.

G0I routes requests to models and infrastructure operated by third parties. Models, limits, routing, prices, output formats, and availability can vary. The catalog and checkout describe the offering; a listing is not a promise of continuous availability. No uptime guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing.

Time-based plans provide the displayed access and limits for the purchased period, generally 30 days. Standard plan checkout is currently a one-time purchase, not automatic renewal. Additional purchases can extend access as explained in Billing. Auto Recharge buys Pay-As-You-Go credits only; it does not renew a time-based plan or automatically change your plan.

Limits may include token budgets, rolling usage windows, concurrency, and rate limits. Window resets are separate purchases where offered. Customer-facing model-status information and in-app chat require an active eligible paid plan, or an active Pay-As-You-Go account with positive balance. Status information is not a service-level guarantee.

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Review the final amount, service period, taxes, and disclosed fees before paying. Your bank, exchange, or wallet may charge separate fees. Usage is deducted at applicable model rates; estimates are not guarantees. Token accounting, caching, tools, and media generation affect final charges.

Credits are prepaid rights to use G0I, not deposits, investments, legal tender, or interest-bearing accounts. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Promotional credits may have separately disclosed conditions. A credit balance does not guarantee a particular model or lock in future usage prices.

Card payments use Stripe; cryptocurrency payments use the processor identified at checkout, currently NOWPayments. Use only the invoice or address shown for your order. Confirmations and verification may delay activation. G0I does not collect or store your full card number or security code. Our processor may store card information and give us payment tokens and limited billing details.

For new credits purchased after these updated Terms are published and with this condition disclosed, G0I reserves the right, only where applicable law permits, to expire the unused portion three calendar months after purchase. Three calendar months means the corresponding date in the third following month, or that month's last day if no corresponding date exists, using UTC. Earlier purchases retain the expiration or non-expiration conditions disclosed when purchased, including any earlier 365-day term. This revision does not shorten existing credit validity. Auto Recharge purchases under an earlier authorization retain their earlier credit conditions until the customer expressly accepts the revised authorization. A longer mandatory validity period or legal prohibition on expiration always overrides this reservation. Automatic expiration is not currently enabled. Before exercising this right, we will identify affected purchased credits and expiration dates in Billing or by account notice at least 30 days beforehand. Credits already spent will not expire again, and mandatory protections for prepaid value prevail.

Auto Recharge is optional and off by default. Eligible Pay-As-You-Go customers may save a card through Stripe and separately authorize G0I to purchase a chosen amount of credits when available balance falls below their chosen threshold. Saving a card alone does not enable recharging. The amount, threshold, monthly limit, and authorization are shown before activation. Enabling or changing enabled settings requires your express agreement.

Your authorization permits off-session charges to the saved card for those purchases until disabled. Update settings, disable Auto Recharge, or remove the saved card in Billing. Replacing a card turns recharging off until you authorize it again. Disabling prevents new submissions; a payment already submitted may finish and be credited. Card removal may need to wait for an in-flight payment to settle or be reviewed.

The monthly limit applies only to Auto Recharge, counts successful and pending purchases, and resets by UTC calendar month. Manual purchases are separate. At most one recharge is initiated per hour. Checks are periodic; bank processing and service delays may interrupt access. Choose a threshold suitable for your usage. A failed payment or required authentication pauses recharging; update the card and explicitly re-enable to resume. Uncertain payments are reconciled or reviewed before another is started.

Automatic purchases have the same non-refundable and credit conditions as manual purchases, except for mandatory legal remedies or billing corrections. Receipts and recharge activity are available in Billing. Disabling does not itself refund or remove credits already purchased.

Purchases are final and non-refundable except where law requires a remedy, earlier purchase terms granted one, or a verified duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge requires correction. This includes credits, Auto Recharge, time-based access, vouchers, and window resets. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, unused value, dissatisfaction with AI output, or forgetting to disable authorized recharging. Read the Refund Policy for exceptions and reporting instructions.

We may investigate fraud or disputed charges and proportionately restrict affected access or credits during investigation. Contact [email protected] promptly with the transaction reference. Nothing prevents good-faith card disputes, statutory remedies, or regulator complaints. You do not need to waive those rights to request help.

Future prices and offerings may change. Completed purchase amounts will not be increased retroactively. Material changes affecting ongoing paid access will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where practicable and as required by law. Prepaid balances purchase usage at rates applicable when usage occurs. Changes to your authorized recharge amount or limit require fresh agreement.

Transfers are available only for enabled accounts within verification and platform limits. Only the transferable amount displayed in Billing may be sent. Received or promotional credits may be non-transferable. Transfers remain closed-loop G0I credits, not withdrawals, remittances, or permission to operate a payment service.

Check the recipient carefully. Transfers are generally immediate and cannot be cancelled by the sender. Support may reverse or restrict transfers where possible to address fraud, error, payment reversal, or legal requirements; recovery of spent credits is not guaranteed. Transfers do not restart original purchase expiration periods or override earlier protections. Do not sell or broker accounts, vouchers, or credits without written permission. Voucher-specific conditions disclosed at issue continue to apply.

You may integrate G0I into lawful applications for your users, subject to your plan, these Terms, and applicable provider restrictions. You are responsible for your application, necessary notices and permissions, and reasonable downstream-use controls. This does not authorize resale of account credentials, evasion of limits, or claims of endorsement.

Do not use G0I for illegal conduct; child sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; fraud, phishing, malware, or unauthorized intrusion; credible threats, harassment, or unlawful discrimination; privacy or intellectual-property infringement; or assistance to create weapons of mass destruction. Do not bypass safeguards, scrape private data, probe systems without authorization, interfere with customers, falsify usage, or evade fees.

Relevant model-provider conditions may apply. Review restrictions associated with your selected model and ask support if requirements are unclear. Do not upload data without permission. Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive data, including protected health information, unless an appropriate written agreement and supported configuration expressly allow it.

You retain rights you hold in your inputs. As between you and G0I, we do not claim ownership of outputs; available rights remain subject to law, third-party rights, and provider terms. Outputs may not be unique, copyrightable, accurate, current, or suitable. Others may receive similar outputs.

You permit G0I to process, transmit, store, and reproduce content as reasonably needed to provide selected features, secure and troubleshoot the service, and comply with law. This includes transmitting requests to model providers and routing infrastructure. Our Privacy Policy explains these operations. These Terms do not grant a general right to sell private prompts or outputs.

Evaluate outputs before relying on them, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions. AI output is not professional advice or a substitute for qualified professionals. Do not present unverified content as verified fact or use it as the sole basis for decisions unlawfully affecting a person's rights.

The Privacy Policy describes content, account data, payment information, usage records, recipients, cookies, and privacy requests. Third-party model practices differ. Do not assume every model has zero retention, a particular processing region, or identical training restrictions. Confirm required safeguards before submitting sensitive information.

We use access controls and operational safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Report vulnerabilities privately to [email protected] without accessing others' data, disrupting service, or exposing secrets. Enterprise confidentiality, data-processing, and security obligations must be set out in the relevant agreement.

You may stop using G0I, disable Auto Recharge, and request closure through [email protected]. Disable recurring authorization before closure; we will also disable it when processing a verified closure request. Closure does not automatically refund purchases or erase amounts lawfully owed.

We may proportionately restrict access for nonpayment, fraud, security risks, material misuse, legal requirements, or violations. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the issue and allow correction or review; urgent risks may require immediate action. Request review through support. Remaining prepaid value is subject to law and existing purchase rights, not automatic forfeiture of statutory remedies.

We may change or discontinue features. Material reductions or discontinuation of paid services will be accompanied by notice and any remedy required by law or agreement. The no-refund rule does not override remedies for services not supplied as legally required.

To the extent permitted by law, G0I is supplied as available without additional warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. Infrastructure can fail and generated content can be wrong. These disclaimers do not exclude statutory guarantees or promises that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost opportunity arising from the service. G0I's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or fees you paid G0I in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited, or other non-excludable liability. Mandatory consumer remedies remain protected.

Contact [email protected] if you want us to try to resolve a concern informally; this is not a condition for urgent or mandatory remedies. Wyoming law governs, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Unless applicable law requires or permits another forum, disputes may be brought in state courts with jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or competent federal courts in Wyoming. Consumers retain mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in their home jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

We publish dated revisions and provide notice of material changes as required. New recurring-payment obligations require fresh authorization. Changes are prospective and do not eliminate accrued claims or earlier purchase protections. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected service and disable Auto Recharge; applicable remedies remain available.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective where permitted. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. Account transfers require our consent; permitted G0I business transfers remain subject to legal protections and notice obligations. These Terms, incorporated policies, your order, and any applicable signed agreement describe the agreement for the service.
