Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, APIs, dashboards, software, and other services made available by G0I ("G0I", "we", "us", or "our"), including g0i.ai and g0i.ai (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or otherwise using any part of it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and references to "you" mean both you and the organisation.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

G0I provides developers and businesses with API access to multiple large language models, image-generation models, and related AI services through a single, OpenAI-compatible interface. The set of available models, features, and limits may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove models, features, or endpoints at our discretion, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid plans.

2. Account registration and eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Treat API keys like passwords and rotate them if you suspect compromise.
• You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Plans, billing, and auto-renewal

3.1 Subscription plans and pricing

G0I offers paid subscription plans, pay-as-you-go usage, and (where available) a free tier. Current plans, fees, included usage limits, and any overage rates are published on the pricing page and within the in-product billing dashboard. All fees are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

3.2 Authorisation to charge

When you start a paid subscription or add credit, you authorise G0I (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable fees, including any subsequent renewal fees, overage usage fees, taxes, and other amounts that may accrue in connection with your use of the Service.

3.3 Auto-renewal

Important — auto-renewal.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or, if you select annual billing, yearly) at the then-current rate for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged on or around the renewal date. We may send a reminder before renewal but are not obliged to. By starting a subscription you consent to these recurring charges until you cancel.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard or by emailing [email protected] from the email registered to your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date, and you will not be charged for further periods.

3.5 Refunds

Except where required by law:

• Fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, model availability changes, downgrades, or prorated cancellations.
• Pay-as-you-go credits, once purchased, are non-refundable but remain usable on your account until consumed, subject to the expiry stated at purchase (if any).
• If you believe you have been charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate.

Where consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction (for example, the EU consumer-rights right-of-withdrawal for distance contracts) grant you a statutory right to a refund, those rights apply and are not affected by this section.

3.6 Price changes

We may change subscription prices, model pricing, or usage limits. For paid plans, we will give you at least 14 days' notice (by email to the address registered to your account) before any price increase takes effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the increase takes effect.

3.7 Free tier

Where a free tier is offered, it is provided "as is" and may be modified, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. We may require you to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using certain models or features.

3.8 Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend access to paid features, or close the account if the failure is not resolved within a reasonable period. You remain liable for any unpaid amounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of any third party;
• generate, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, terrorism content, or content promoting violence against any person or group;
• create or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing pages, credential-stealer kits, or other malicious code;
• conduct unauthorised security testing, network scanning, or denial-of-service activity against any system you do not own or have explicit permission to test;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• generate or distribute disinformation intended to deceive about elections, public health, or other matters of public interest;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate-limits, billing systems, abuse controls, content filters, or technical restrictions of the Service;
• scrape, mirror, or systematically download the Service or its content other than through documented APIs and at documented rates;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access in a manner that conceals end-user activity from G0I or evades per-user limits;
• use the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or that materially degrades the experience of other users.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including any model outputs you publish or rely on, complies with the policies of the underlying model providers and all applicable laws.

5. Inputs, outputs, and your content

• Your content. You retain all rights you have in the prompts, files, and other inputs you submit to the Service ("Inputs"), and in the outputs the Service returns to you ("Outputs"). G0I claims no ownership of your Inputs or Outputs.
• Licence to G0I. You grant G0I a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your Inputs and Outputs to the extent necessary to provide, secure, and support the Service.
• Training. G0I does not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models. We pass Inputs to the configured upstream model provider only to the extent needed to fulfil your request.
• Accuracy. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or offensive. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on them, and for clearly disclosing AI-generated content where required by law or context.

6. API keys, fair use, and rate limits

Each API key is bound to your account and may not be shared outside your organisation. We apply rate limits, concurrency caps, and abuse controls; these are published in the developer documentation and may change over time. Repeated abuse-control violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. Third-party services and model providers

The Service routes requests to third-party model providers and infrastructure operators. Your use of those providers' models through G0I is also subject to their usage policies. Outages, latency, or changes in availability of third-party models may affect the Service; G0I will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain breadth of model availability but does not guarantee continuous access to any specific third-party model.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks (other than your content and third-party content) is owned by G0I or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to you in these Terms, no rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, G0I disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability of model outputs. G0I does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any particular model will produce any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G0I and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if G0I has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G0I's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to G0I in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless G0I and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your Inputs or Outputs, (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your account presents a risk to other users or to the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or in-product banner) before they take effect. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel your subscription. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose laws grant you the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence, nothing in this section deprives you of that right.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any additional terms applicable to specific features and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and G0I and supersede any prior agreements.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No waiver. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
• Notices. We may give notice to you by email to the address registered to your account, by posting in the in-product dashboard, or by other reasonable means.
