1. All sales are final
For purchases on or after September 14, 2026 with this policy disclosed, G0I LLC offers no discretionary refunds. Credits, Auto Recharge, time-based plans, vouchers, window resets, discounted orders, and cryptocurrency purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to the exceptions below.
We do not refund changes of mind, unused balance or time, accidental selections where no legal remedy applies, dissatisfaction with AI output, model changes that do not create a legal remedy, or failure to disable authorized Auto Recharge. General 7-day voucher refunds and 14-day prorated plan refunds do not apply to new purchases under this policy. Earlier purchase rights are not retroactively removed.
2. Protected exceptions
Nothing excludes a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal right, or other remedy required by law, including remedies for unsupplied or nonconforming services or unfair charges. Statutory cooling-off rights remain unless lawfully lost through required separate consent and acknowledgment. Accepting the Terms alone does not automatically waive those rights.
We investigate verified duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges and payments without promised credit or access. The resolution may be supplying missing credit or access, correcting the charge, or refunding the affected amount, depending on the facts and your rights. We do not substitute platform credits where law requires a monetary refund. Enterprise commitments and earlier refund rights remain enforceable.
3. Cancelling future charges
Standard time-based purchases currently do not auto-renew. Access ends at the displayed expiry unless you buy another period or have a separate agreement. Stopping use does not refund remaining time.
Disable optional Auto Recharge in Billing at any time to prevent new submissions. Already-submitted payments may complete and be credited. Card removal disables recharging but may await payment settlement or review. Deleting an app or stopping API use does not cancel authorization. If you cannot access Billing, contact [email protected] for help after verification.
Lawful credit expiration under section 4.2 of the Terms does not itself create a discretionary refund right. Earlier balances and non-expiration promises are not retroactively changed.
4. Reporting a problem
Email [email protected] from your account address where possible. Include account identifier, invoice or transaction reference, date, amount, currency, and an explanation. Never send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or wallet recovery phrases. Report promptly; this request does not shorten any statutory deadline.
We may seek proportionate verification and will explain the outcome. Refunds due ordinarily use the original payment method, subject to law and processor rules. Bank and network times vary; no fixed arrival date is guaranteed. Cryptocurrency returns may be technically constrained, and required remedies will be handled consistently with law.
5. Disputes and company contact
Good-faith payment disputes, statutory remedies, and complaints to regulators or courts remain available. Contacting us first may help but is not a waiver or mandatory barrier. Fraudulent claims or abuse may lead to proportionate restrictions without cancelling mandatory protections.
